1. Hank lists them for sale.
2. Hank changes his mind and says maybe he wants to sell them.
3. Hank tells me he will sell them to me and is sending me pictures.
4. Hank never sends pictures or updates me
5. I check-in and now Hank is "for sure" not selling them.

So we went from maybe Hank selling to they're yours pending you like the pictures to Hank changing his mind yet again that he's keeping them.

This is NOT how to operate a sale thread, let alone treat fellow forum members.
