CPU: Xeon E3 1271 v3 (specs: Product Specifications )
RAM: Micron 4 x 8 Gb (32 Gb) DDR3 1600Hz ECC UDIMM
I bought it on eBay 3 years ago and used it with no issues 24\7 during two years running TrueNAS.
In addition to the combo, I can add an Intel Stock cooler (for free), but I'd recommend using more advanced cooling.

I bought this server on eBay to make the 2nd backup server, however, I changed my mind / didn't get my wife's approval
I especially highlighted the historical temps because the original owner replaced a fan with a crappy one and put it as intake. I already put the Fractal 1100 RPM fan as an exhaust. Current temps are fine, around 34-40.
