Look, first of all delivery from UK takes ages atm. Then, here in Malta, everything >=20EUR incl shipping will be charged with 18% VAT. If the customs officer has a bad day he might not accept a paypal payment to calc customs fee and wants an official invoice now. If i, as a buyer, cant provide it he will take the original value of purchase at the time and add customs fee based on that plus shipping. No need to try to provide a 10EUR invoice for this stuff. They check it here just to make a point. Maybe in other countries it works ....
Even 35EUR for each on eBay makes more sense with all the protection you get buying from there. I am very sorry, but touching UK stuff atm is pretty risky here. If it breaks during shipping and it goes back to you, then you pay customs etc etc.
