I am looking for guidance on how to setup a dual stack system in my homelab using Verizons fios ipv6 on pfsense. My setup looks like this now:

1. Pfsense is doing firewall duties only. Routing is offloaded to a brocade layer 3 switch connected via a transit network on the OPT1 interface.
2. I have all my vlans setup on the layer 3 switch, nothing on pfsense.
3. I have 2 VMs running Kea DHCP ( not using dhcp on the pfsense box )
4. Using unbound on pfsense for DNS ( via the transit link )

Questions:

1. How do I setup the dhcp transit between pfsense and the layer 3 switch? Use the same transit for dhcp4 but add a dhcp6 address on both ends? What address to use? Static dhcp6?
2. How do I make sure dhcp resolution is driven by my kea dhcp servers and not pfsense? On the brocade switch I am using helper IPs on each vlan to point to the two dhcp servers.
3. What other setup do I need to do on the pfsense side of things?
4. What else do I need to account for with this dual stack setup?
5. Any pointers on how to configure kea in dual stack mode?

I have been following this thread but doesn't quite cover this use case so wanted to start a new thread here for it.
