The D-Link DGS-1510-52X is a bigger version of the D-Link DGS-1510-28X that was discussed last year here.
Instead of 24 gigabit ports, you get 48 plus 4x SFP+ ports. For those of us with bigger networks, this might be better than the Mikrotik as it has 2x as many gigabit ports and 2x as many SFP+ ports.
Pricing in the US used to be crazy but these are now $850 (see Amazon | D-Link DGS-1510-52X ). If you got 2x Mikrotik's you'd have the same number of gigabit ports but you'd prob use one of the SFP+ ports to link switches so you'd only have one usable while you'd get 4x still on the D-Link.
If you consider the 10g base-t 8-port netgear is $800 for 8x 10gb ports the D-Link is just about the right price.
