I guess not.

How long does it take for a fw upgrade usually take for efi shell and 9211?

I waited 20 minutes it was not doing g a thing so powered down n then found it bricked.

Hi @HITTI2 usually at near midnight you need to wait more than 20m before giving up that no one is around to help ;)

Can you just re-do the sas2flash -f <bin> (optionally ROMs) again? Or does it not find the device at all to flash too?

Wow ... this sucks!
I saw you figured out your syntax error (fs0: vs fso).

I guess the motherboard make a difference ... it had never been that difficult for me.
I always used DOS boot disk/USB drives though.

If you get it replaced via RMA, maybe try the old system with DOS first?

Not my fault efi software is buggy. I had to use uefi shell v1.0 to get it sorta to work.

No screen scrolling, it was stuck. Most fw upgrade takes nommore than 5 min. I waited 20.

Don't know where you are located but here in US you can easily find used Dell H310 (Dell branded LSI 9211-8i) for $35-45. From time to time even for $25.
If you are looking for brand new that's a different story. Most folks on here get the used ones for home labs.
