Cisco with redundant power and 2 10GBE ports, but nine year old technology and 212 watts maximum power usage, so not a cheap switch to run. I have seen these go for around $500-600 many times, so if you like the switch make a lower offer or, if you have some time, maybe wait for a better deal.

Brand new w/ warranty Juniper EX3300-48T (48x1GbE, 4x10GbE) are under $1200... no point to scrounge around when you can get these at that price point
