Not sure if this huge fan will hit memory or anything,

Furthermore, the m/b I bought came with Dynatron blower fan, due to it being too noisy, I intend to replace it with Noctua. The m/b seems to have a base metal plate for the dynatron fan. Do I need to remove this.

Lastly, my cpu has 140 tdp. Noctua doesn’t state tdp of this fan. Does anyone know?

It will work. I had one on my ASRock X99E-ITX/ac motherboard, which also uses a narrow 2011-3 socket. No issues with a 140W TDP CPU either. All the mounts on the motherboard are standard and won't be removed. The HSF just screws directly into them.
