Posting this here just in case anyone needs to know.
I originally was using a Mellanox ConnectX-3 10Gigabit dual port MCX354A card
with an adapter to convert the QSFP+ ports to a SFP+ ports. Go to the following for info.
Then I used Direct connect fiber SFP transceivers to my Brocade ICX7250-24P Switch.
I just picked up two BlueField MBF1L516A-CSNAT ETH 100Gb 2xQSFP28. See below for info.
So out of the blue, I installed the Bluefield card, stuck the adapter with the direct connect fiber SFP tranceivers in one of the ports.
Windows 10 immediately recognized them as Mellanox ConnectX-5 cards and I had a 10gb connection.
Couldn't find on the internet if this would work, so I am posting here that it works.
There is just one catch...
The Bluefield card can not be Passively cooled. You need a fan or blower running across the card or it will overheat and shutdown the NIC.
