Hello
Had the Deskmini running as my main HTPC with 3400G, 16 GB RAM 3200 and a 500GB NVMe SSD.
Bought the Nvidia Shield Pro and now I am thinking about using the Deskmini 300 as an unRAID server or whatever solution comes handy.
Already upgraded the CPU to the 4650G, and upgraded the BIOS, the whole unit consumes 12 W in idle while having 6 C 12 Th available.
Now, the plan is to populated all M.2 with 2 TB NVMe and add 2 x2 Tb SSD SATA.
What concerns me is the Realtek NIC that Deskmini has. Could I somehow add another NIC, an Intel one, maybe?
Anyone has the DeskMini 300 and can share their experience?

You can't really add another NIC to it but I'm running UNRAID on mine just fine with the stock ethernet.

Thanks for the reply.
Some questions.
What storage configuration do you have on the X300?
Does it have to be the same SSD/NVME or unRAID can converge all storage in one big poool?
Can I add/swap later a bigger size SSD or NVMe
