I just got the ICY DOCK MB606SPO-B on amazon, and my system is not letting me hot-swap. Do you guys know to "enable" the function on Windows 10 Pro? I thought it would work straight out of the box.
I'm assuming you're connecting a SATA or SAS SSD and it's not showing up?
The SATA controller in the BIOS needs to support hotplug. What motherboard are you using? Are you able to find an option on the SATA controller page in the BIOS?
