MicroATX one has only 6 dimm slots, kind of an odd config for EPYC board.

My order date was December 24th.
Merry Christmas to me!

I’m also waiting on the Asrock Rack EpycD8-2t board. Delivery date is similar.

For arriving guys, I want to know the UpgKit comes with Torque driver.
And just to be sure, I want to confirm EPYC comes with a normal carrier frame.

I just contacted Provantage. They told me my EPYC should ship jan 6-7, but it didn't.

They do not have an estimated ship yet, but they are trying to find out. I ordered mine Dec 10th, so I suspect nobody else has gotten one shipped yet. I will post when my EPYC actually arrives...

Sheesh, a month and no solid ship date? I checked HP's site for a few of the part numbers, and they said limited stock, and fulfilled by PCM.

I thinking about grabbing a pair of 7402. Might wait to see if/when people here actually get orders delivered. On the other hand, saving $1k vs. buying retail parts is making it hard to resist.

My new ETA for the 7402p as of yesterday afternoon is 1/31. I expect it to just keep getting pushed back.

I've had a 7302p on order with them since October and every couple of weeks, like clock-work, the ship date comes and goes and a new ship date a few weeks out appears...maybe a AMD 7002 series system build just isn't in the cards for me. This, along with Supermicro still not having a ATX/EATX sized H12 motherboard with PCIE 4.0. :(

I have a wild theory: they only ship these to customers who bough a system from them, which can actually be upgraded with these CPUs.
Others will have to wait for their shipment until after the release of 3rd gen Epyc.

If it’s any consolation, I think we’re more than half way to 3rd Gen. AMD Epyc Milan release since Rome was released over 6 months ago...

If my order gets pushed back again beyond 1/31 I'll probably just cancel my order and stick with my 7302p for now and see what transpires over the coming months. Not like I'm desparate for the extra cores, was more just buying this CPU for the good price.

Hey - if anyone else is looking for 7402P upgrades - I'm thinking of buying a few more of the DL325 G10 chassis (For parts)- I'd be willing to part the CPU's (if the cost make sense to me)

I'm definitely interested. Let me know if you do this and have one available.
