xcp-ng network drops in HP Elite MINI 800 G9

Hi

I installed XCP-ng 8.2 LTS and 8.3 on an HP Elite MINI 800 G9. Both versions experience network drops after a few minutes. I didn’t have a chance to run ‘yum update’ and was hoping it could update the network card driver to fix the issue. Any suggestions? I’m wondering if there is a package that can be used during the installation of XCP-ng. Thanks.

I've seen a couple people using mini 800s without issue, are you sure the network and connections work fine on other OSs?

problem fixed by using the new NIC driver as below

xcp-ng 8.3 doesn't work with Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (17) I219

interesting, I could have sworn we shipped the newer 1000e driver in the box with 8.3 stock. glad its working now
