On the SRX300 it will be best to assume that they're not licensed. I bought them and didn't really play with them, but I know they work as I reset both and pulled up the web UI. You'll have to do some research on them if you're not familiar with how the SRX300 functions/works. As far as I know you can still use them with an 'honor' license or something. Firmware you'll have to dig for or find someone who has access. Or purchase a support login which I believe is relatively in-expensive.
