Your guys were right, the CPU was not correctly mounted! After removing it and installing again suddenly no card was detected. Then I tightened the screws a bit more and all cards are detected!

Your guys were right, the CPU was not correctly mounted!

if you use a torque screwdriver with specified torque, it will stop turning, and after this it will click.
as long you can turn, its not right.

Glad that we were helpful - usually small "glitches" create illusion of "big failure" when in reality all it requires is little bit of ambition and MacGyver personality .
You won't believe how many times I've fixed issues with vacuum cleaner / compressed air / soft brush and rubber and IPA (to clean contacts).
