Do you know where I can see all hardware revisions for motherboards and what they fix ?
no. SM just made new rev. for all boards with omnipath fabric support('F' type CPU) and removed the support.
most new rev. fixes RAM VRM current to supply new big RAM modules & PMEM.

checked all manual versions, there is always a picture of the current rev.

no, but i know some.
In case you were interested, or others may benefit from this.

We received the new X11DPH motherboard and proceeded to replace the X11DPI one. We put all the cables as they were on the new board and it wouldn't start up. Even the power source lights would not come on. All dead.

We went through the wires one by one and it turns out the original system assembler placed the INT ( Chassis Intrusion ) cable in the JSTBY1 connector on the motherboard. The DPI board booted up like that but not the DPH. Placed the cable in the right location ( JL1 ) and the server booted just fine.

Pretty crazy

will maybe short(if case closed) the +5V Standby voltage, BMC and chipset runs with it.
