I am trying to figure out the slot to BIOS mapping on this board and I cant for the life of me. At least looking at the manual I think this is the mapping:

CPU1/SLOT3 -> IIO1/IOU2( Port1)
CPU1/SLOT1 -> IIO1/IOU0( Port2)
CPU1/SLOT4 -> IIO1/IOU1( Port3)

CPU2/SLOT11 -> IIO2/IOU2( Port1)
CPU2/SLOT8 -> IIO2/IOU0( Port2 )
CPU2/SLOT6 -> IIO2/IOU1( Port 3 )

I have a 8x card that can support two NVME drives, but needs the motherboard to split the slot into two 4x connections. When I plug the card into one of the above slots( 1,3,4,6,8,11) and set the BIOS to either 4x 4x or 4x 4x 4x 4x, the OS only sees one of the two drives. Anyone have any experience with this board or can read the manual better than I can?

Usually to figure out the mapping here you need to consult the block diagram in the manual, but Supermicro just bunched all the slots together there so that isn't very helpful. You might just want to try setting every port on that CPU to x4x4x4x4 to see if both drives show up, then experiment more to find the correct port.
