For information, I've bought a SuperMicro X11SSL-CF (refurbished with warranty) + Intel Xeon E3-1245 v6 for 290€ about 6 months ago.

Are you sure? A new Supermicro X11SSM-F is 325€ on eBay (professional seller), the CPU (new in box as well) is 180€, all shipping included. So a grand total of 505€, but I don't think it worths buying it as new, there plenty of used X11xxx motherboards on sale. Just my 2 cents.
Anyway, good sale.
