If you are not dead set on Atom-D - depending on what you want to use it for - I have a A2SDi-2C-HLN4F (Atom C3338) board that I can sell.

A2SDV is also atom but in flex ATX
Instead of A2SDi is ITX.
I really need the 2 pcie slot but maybe I will need a2sdi for other project
