WTB She motherboard

I need a socket 775 board. Preferably with ich 10, p45 and coax S/PDIF.

Does anyone out there have something like this lying around in need of a new home?

Well, here's where I stand. I have a Q6600 and some RAM and a coax S/PDIF interface to my sound system. I accidentally let the magic smoke out of my mobile so I'd like to just replace that while I wait for the next big transition in storage technology before a full platform upgrade.

Will a Q series board work for me?
