Don't really have a budget , for there's a difference in cost on one that's 1yr old with 500 PowerOn hours and one that is 4 yrs old with too-many poweron hours

Do you have any ST4000NM0025 ? 4TB SAS, EXOS badged, 512N, 3.5"

if not that precise drive, anything with similiar specs?

Yep, I know what you mean. But usually when looking used, most people have a top number they're willing to pay as new would make more sense if they're any more expensive.

I don't have any of those exact drives but did know where some open box were at for a good price. Looks like they're gone now as it seems to be harder and harder to find 2TB-4TB drives cheap anymore. But that being said, if you're looking for 6/12/14/16TB sas enterprise, I know where there's some deals for sure. :)

thanks for your note.

I am adding more storage to an existing storage array; and was looking to match what is there now.

You mentioned 6TB SAS (512N I assume) : might you have a mfg / model and price? thanks

Well, apparently I can't PM you the info. I can post it here, but it might get gobbled up since it's actually sold by a company.

don't know why you couldn't PM me, I just sent you a PM for you to reply to...
Yeah, really strange--I've not seen anything like it before as the option wasn't even there on your profile. Anyways, I replied with the info. :)

Not quite EXOS but I have a good amount of 4TB WD RE SATA drives that were recently pulled from a working environment. $30/ea shipped CONUS. Unfortunately no SAS.

Any remaining warranty on them?
