EU WTB: Epyc Embedded 3000

Hello,

is there somebody selling a (used) Mainboard with an Epyc Embedded? Something like Supermicro M11SDV-8C(T) or AsrockRack EPYC3251D4I-2T?
Shipping to Switzerland would be necessary at the moment. When Corona-Lockdown has ended shipping to Germany would be possible too. I can pay via PayPal or SEPA.
If you have suitable RAM, PSU or other accessories I'd be interested too.

I had got luck with purchase of ram (it was cheap), and with the chassis, too.

I love this build, it is strong and fast, in small space.
