WTB: Dell R720 Rails and Drive Trays

Hey guys, I've searched the forums and don't see anyone selling these.

Does anyone have a set of rails for a dell R720xd for sale? And how about 10 3.5 drive trays for the same model?

I'm guessing these items don't come up often, but I'm trying to beat the ebay price of $90 for rails, and $6.50 for drive trays. If that's a fools errand, I'll delete this thread, no problem.

it's not always the case, but i've found that some times server accessories are cheaper brand new from the manuf than on the used market (ebay) . in addition to every where else you may be looking, i would say contact dell and get a quote for those things. if anything, it gives you a price point to compare against.

years ago, i was looking for drive sleds for a PowerEdge server and buying directly from Dell was cheaper.

Good to know. I never thought new might be cheaper on stuff that's older like this.

I got impatient and just ordered on ebay. I should have posted this a few days before I did since my server should be here early next week. I confirmed with dell their prices are $10/sled and $120/rails. I got them for $6.33/sled and $82/rails on ebay.
