Can anyone point me in the right direction for cheap ECC memory that goes with this MB? Bars og 8 GB each would suit me just fine.

Depends on your CPU's. E5 v1 or v2? One or two?

If you want to populate all DIMM slots you would need dual-ranked. Otherwise quad-ranked are possible, which are cheaper. Modules with 8 GB seems for me to have the cheapest price per GB.

Sorry, filling in the missing info now.

Not looking to fill all 24 slots. Could do that with 4 GB pieces I guess. 64 GB seems enough for me. Sort of a noob here, have never heard of dual and quad ranked dimms.

I have 2 E5 2650 v1 xeons

Samsung 64GB 8x8GB 2RX4 PC3L 10600R DDR3 ECC REG Server Memory M393B1K70DH0-YH9

I do not know how to search the other way around. Will these work with this motherboard?

Yes, those Samsung RAM will work. Have a look into the manual at section 2-14 (pdf page 38), the second table.

If you find a price on ebay, you can send me PM. I have a similar board and eight 8 GB modules left because I replaced them with 16 GB modules.

Which country are you from?
