I'm looking for a decent deal on 4x L5639 CPUs. I got a crazy good deal on a couple R710's and I'm hoping these will tame the beast when it comes to power consumption. These aren't quite as power-efficient as my R720 but they're a dang good buy at $310/ea with 48gb, H700, dual PSUs, drive caddies, rails, and a 60 day warranty! Going to finally get a chance to get around to my VMware testing... Woot woot!

Decided to go for 4x L5630's. Couldn't pass up $10.50 each shipped. It will be interesting to see how they perform in my 2x R710's. I'm actually quite astonished at how well those servers work for their age. Never thought I'd be a Dell fan but the R720's attention to detail really has me happy! Wouldn't mind having 3x of the R720's but not at the stupid prices they are listed right now!
