If it's a true 13x13 then it's probably not going to happen unless you swap in a slightly smaller ATX PSU or convert to 1U style PSU's..

Thanks for the awesome pics! Maybe I'm just dumb but those measurements don't even match E-ATX, if I'm reading this correctly(Which I doubt)it looks like 11 x 11.5" ... ??? The chassis says it supports a variety of dual LGA 2011 E-ATX boards. Thoughts/comments?

That tape measure gives me a headache. It's worse than the ones that are metric on one side.

Lol no.. It's 13.56" wide and 12.72" tall...?

...Really just going to depend on the board.

What's wrong with the tape measure? Real engineers never start @0 in case the end of the ruler has been worn to some degree from use.. :)

Alright.... Just because I like you guys... Here is a cutout that is EXACTLY 13" x 13" set into the case:

Hard to see in the pic, but notice how the board slides under the power supply just slightly.. about one 850 Evo worth of height:

Might be room for minor adjustment, but after accounting for standoffs, it would be a really tight fit:

Yeah I don't think it would work in this chassis unfortunately, there is a pretty decent amount of extra height on the 13 x 13 boards to the left of the serial connector and I definitely think some RAM slots would not be usable. Just need to decide if 16 DIMMs is enough I guess.

I posted NIB listings745TQ week or so ago with AMD board, CPU and some RAM. It works out to $425 or so shipped. Don't know if there is a market for that H8 board and worth the hassle to reduce the net cost.
