Will these SODIMMs work with the Supermicro A1SAi boards?

If the part # is correct then it will be fine (Samsung lists it as a 1.35v ECC SODIMM). Great price!

Only odd thing is that the auction lists them as coming out of Alienware 17/18 laptops. Funny they would be using ECC SODIMMs in there.
