Which one is better? (24x1G + 4x10G)

I'm looking for a new switch, I need some 1G ports and at least 3x 10G SFP+ ports and I found these two models

D-Link DGS-1510-28X
- 24-Port Gigabit Stackable Smart Managed Switch with 4 10GbE SFP+ ports
28-Port Gigabit Stackable SmartPro Switch including 4 10GbE SFP+ ports | D-Link

tp-link T1700G-28TQ
- JetStream 24-Port Gigabit Stackable Smart Switch with 4 10GE SFP+ Slots
T1700G-28TQ | JetStream 24-Port Gigabit Stackable Smart Switch with 4 10GE SFP+ Slots | TP-Link

I know D-Link and tp-link are not the most "cool" brands out there, but they (apparently) do what I need and at good price ($340).

I just wondering if some of you have any suggestion on which one is somehow better?
Looking at them (and at the specs) I would not be surprised if they come out from the same Chinese factory, before getting some Brand customizations :D

I have the tp-link, bought it becuase of the 4 sfp+ ports and being fanless. Great as an "unmanaged" switch for 10gbe and 1gbe links.

I agree about the Brocade being much better, but my requirements are rather basic and I prefer a new switch with it's warranty etc.
