The results are below(full random). 6th gen Xeon performed abysmally in both memory and L3 latency department.
5th gen Xeon also have higher latencies than 4th gen in most cases. Even when both of them were using SNC2 mode(5th gen was only interleaving inside a single die while 4th gen was interleaving across 2 dies), 4th gen is clearly better in terms of both L3 and memory latencies.
