What should I do? Mine AEON or Monero? Please chime in?

I have the following for mining:
2 x XEON E5 2696V4
1 x XEON E5 2696 V3

1 GTX 1080 Ti
1 GTX 1070
1 GTX 1050 Ti

I know monero is going up in difficulty and AEON is more profitable to mine? While supporting the STH mining pool?

Sorry to be rude. So many noobs in mining nowadays. You can find much more profitable coins for your nvidia gpus than monero on cryptonight algo.

I did mine BTC for many years when it first got started and stopped for a while after ASIC miners became the norm. So what are the better coins now to mine with my hardware? I only got started with monero because of this site with Patrick's extensive review.

We were all noobs and some folks prefer certain coins.

CPU = Aeon
GPU = actually you'd do well on bitcoin gold or zcash now.
