What kind of storage for 6xHyper-v severs 2012r2 (iSCSI 10gbit?/Fibre 8/16Gbit???/MS storage spaces with JBOD???)

I´m using 6x the same servers (2xcpu,32gb,8x146GB/10rmp sas 3gps,HW raid adaptec 5805,3xPCIe 2.0,4x1gbit NIC,2xPS) with 2x Windows 2012r2 server with Hyper-v and 4x Hyper-v server 2012R2 software for +-25 virtual machines (webs,sql,ftp,exchange,systemcener,linux,freebsd...) running on this hypervisors.
I have on each server 2x146gb in RAID1 for boot and 6x146GB in RAID5 for DATA.

I want more more spaces for VM VHDs (now 6x680GB) and want speed up migration VMs (now about 110 MB/s) and deploy Hyper-v cluster.

I need external STORAGE !!!!

My three ideas for buy:
1) 6x10gbit intel x540t1/t2 network card, 10gb switch Netgear ProSAFE XS712T/XS708E and SOME STORAGE 24x2,5" with 10gb NIC? or
2) 6x8gbit SAN HBA, SAN 8gbit switch (preffered used from eBay) and SOME 8gbit STORAGE 24x2,5""? or
3) 2xclustered Windows file server (sas3 raid controller, 10gb nic) with storage spaces on JBOD (sas3,dual expander) - supermicro 216BAC-R920LPB??

and "starter kit": 4x480GB SSD (2x RAID1), 4x900GB 10k (1xRAID1), 6x1TB 7.2k (1xRAID5).

Is this idea good?
What is better for me: metalic / fibre / or storage spaces for now and future???
What brand and model storage would you use?
I need help!

I agree with MiniKnight. Connecting Hyper-V servers to a Windows 2012R2 storage server over 10GbE or IPoIB with RDMA is screaming fast and surprisingly easy to do.

10GbE will get you around 900MB/s transfer speeds if you disks can handle it. DDR Infiniband IPoIB with RDMA will get you to around 1,900MB/s. QDR IPoIB with RDMA will get you to around 3,200MB/s on PCIe2, higher on PCIe3.

The upside to Infiniband/IPoIB is that the cards and switches can be quite a bit cheaper than 10GbE, especially for DDR equipment. The downside is that your incredibly fast Infiniband network won't easily bridge to your Base-T Ethernet network, so you'll end up using it for storage only.

My decision is 10GbE for starting dedicated iSCSI SAN (must i set jumbo frames here?).
6x Intel x540-T2 (if it will be work at my pcie 2.0 if it has 2.1 specs ???)- 6x500usd = 3.000 usd
1x Netgear ProSAFE XS712T 12x10GbE (1500usd) or 2x Netgear ProSAFE XS708E 8x10GbE (2x750usd) = 1.500 usd (in my opinion is better 2x XS708e).
4x480GB SSD (2x RAID1), 4x900GB 10k (1xRAID10), 6x1TB 7.2k (1xRAID5). - 4x500usd + 4x350usd + 6x250usd = 4.900usd
Total 9 400usd and now I must decide what kind of storage for 24HDDs...

My new favorit for storage is EonStor DS 3016RT(E) - posted in new thread for comercial systems.
