What kind of NIC goes on this Motherboard?

WIN11 Pro - Dell Optiplex 7040M Micro i5-6500T 2.50GHz 8GB 128GB SSD PC Only | eBay

Hi guys im considering this machine. I want to add an extra nic on it and it apparently can take one. Is this just a standard pcie port or is it some special dell card?

two M.2 slots. there is no place in it for PCIe card.
or do you mean Wifi NIC ?

No i want a second ethernet port if possible

There are aftermarket m2 -> SFP (1gig, not 10) adapter which could fit it, but they cost 2x of this PC

look at M720q tiny or P330 tiny then. they have riser slot and can keep PCIe GPU(or Eth.NIC as well)
