What do the "GF" symbols on the left corner of the AMD EPYC processor cover mean?

In the left corner of some 2nd generation AMD EPYC processors (with the green plastic frame) I see "GF" symbols. These characters are engraved into the metal, but not in the same way as AMD. It's more like a mark. For example, on a 7262 or 7402 processor.
  1. What do these symbols mean?
  2. Could this indicate insufficient quality of this series if the symbols "GF" are present?

I already guessed :)The processor actually contains the results of the work of many manufacturers, and if they all put their marks on the processor cover, it would look different. And how do processors without such a mark essentially differ?

GF means that it is a Girlfriend Friendly product, where you will not be blamed for spending a lot of money on it.
