I would invoke KISS here and put everything that needs 10GE on a single switch. aka PCs / NAS
Put the APs on their own switch and uplink directly to the FW box
Put the cluster of Nodes on their own switch and give them a single uplink to your core switch. They're mostly talking to each other anyway right? There's no reason to have them plugged into the 2.5GE AP switches.
