Or a i7-4790S, that'll do too. As long it's got HyperThreading, a iGPU and 65W TDP anything goes. A dirt cheap 65W Socket 1150 Xeon is something i'll also consider just to test if the ThinkCentre E73 accepts >65W TDP CPUs. (and that would help the search of a cheap CPU considerably!)

And for my seedbox i'm after a i5-6600T or better yet, a i7-6700T.

I've got a Xeon E3-1265L V3 for sale on ebay AU, its a 45W, 4c 8t part. Where are you based? Great little CPU which sips power. I purchased two recently but sold the machine the second was meant for. I'm in Australia tho and things are super expensive here compared to the US and Europe. Shipping costs likely the same.

Sadly we get the same treatment bringing stuff into AU, total rip off and makes things very expensive. Good luck in your search.
