These could be Dell stock from returned or damaged ultrabooks, etc.
I have bought desktops from Graysonline, packaging could be bit hit or miss. If coming from vendors, eg Dell, packing could be ok. But if coming from 3rd party, eg businesses that are liquidated and goods packed by Grays, sometimes desktops arrive in loosely packed in large boxes with little protective padding inside. These look like they could be Dell units.
