Updating onboard LSI

    I've got a couple onboard LSI controllers I want to update and flash to IT mode... do they work the same way as doing the IBM and Dell AOCs?

    As long as its a SAS2008 controller its exactly the same. Just updated a X8DTH-6F the other day.

    Yup, second that my friend. Bios should enumerate the onboard chip the same as an add on card, and allow sas2flsh.exe/sas2flash.efi to flash the bios.
