Update Intel RAID firmware

how do I update Intel RAID controller firmware and flash it to IT mode? specifically Intel RMS25KB080.

Treat is as the LSI equivalent, flash using one of the many online guides.

have to resurrect my old post....

I am trying to flash Intel RMS25KB080 to P20 IT mode but I keep getting the attached error.
Does anyone know which LSI card I should use for the IT fw?

ok googling around and here what I need to do with this card.

Download LSI 9205-8e IT FW from the Avago website. This card is now listed as legacy card.
Download LSI 9207-8e uefi flash utility P16.

run the commands as usual and works!
