Good morning,

I recently acquired an X10SDV-12C motherboard. Unfortunately, during testing, I noticed that it tended to turn it off for no obvious reason after a while of activity.
I first believed in a CPU overheating problem, so I added a fan to the existing heatsink while the CPU temperature fluctuates between 49°c and 56°c. But the problem still occurs. So I turned to the power supply which I suspected was not powerful enough or defective, but after trying different models, the problem still occurs. I also tried different types of memory, but nothing changed.
I have also tried different BIOS versions, without success.

Do you have an idea?

Thanks.

By the way what chassis are you using?
And what psu?
Do you use the 4 pin cpu or the molex connector?
Is anything else connected?

Thanks for your help, I will try measuring the temperature of the different MB components. That's a good advice. I'll keep you posted.

Right now, it is outside the chassis, on the bench. It is connected via the 4 pin cpu power hooked to a 12V 120 W PSU
There is only an USB thumb disk drive, VGA and USB keyboard connected.
