Unlock Epyc EDC on boards other than H12 possible?/Using PBO on Epyc possible?

As this image shows (and confirmation from some owners), the Supermicro H12SSL-i mother does have an option to change the EDC limit.
However, as I download the BIOS of H12SSL-i and examine it with AMIBCP tool, I found this:

Most option matched up with the photo, but the EDC and EDC Platform Limit are disappeared.

By searching the BIOS strings I found 2 matches of EDC Platform Limit, but I can't locate them.

This keeps me wondering: is it possible to make the EDC option visible on other Epyc boards with BIOS Modding?

Side note: The Supermicro and Tyan BIOS I examine all have hidden XFR enhancement menu which includes PBO and many more. Would these options work if I unhide and configure them? Would they fry my machine?

in some BIOS you can go to these options tree and need to accept the risk: after Accepted the risk you can go in and the options are visible.
Would these options work if I unhide and configure them? Would they fry my machine?
sure a misconfiguration can result in anything. for that reason you have to Accept before go on those option-trees.

PBO on Epycs sounds ****ing ridiculous though, what PPT/EDC will it set if you enable PBO?

you can do some changes without flashing BIOS (modd and flash don't work on H12)
with RU.efi or other similar tools.
