These run around $2600 new: IBM Rackswitch G8264 7309 HC4 48x 10GbE Ports 4X 40 GB QSFP 10 Gigabit Switch | eBay which is good

It depends on what you could BO for the parts but you may just need to figure fan pin-outs and could have a quieter high port count switch
