to start with but ES1 have magor bugs. they loose memory channel over time (no they don't return)
check production stepping D0 (step 6) ES2 like QWAT,QWAP,QWAQ,QWAS supported by all board with latest BIOS.
got recently a 8368 ES2 QWAT 38C for $160 (offer accepted)
