TrueNAS Scale - Free (of charge) or commercial product?

Hi,

Synology DSM user here.
I'm considering moving away from DSM. TrueNAS is an option.
Now, I just heard about TrueNAS Scale and I like that it's based on Debian (compared to FreeBSD for other TrueNAS variants).
I just quite don't understand if this is meant to be a commercial product (aimed at "customers") or a free solution (aimed at "users").
AFAIU TrueNAS Enterprise is commercial while TrueNAS Core is free, right?

Both CORE and SCALE are open source and run on almost any x86 HW. Enterprise is what you get if you buy an appliance directly from iXsystems and pay for enterprise support.
