do you have multimeter?
Try to find where the cmos chip is located... see if there's connection or if its broken to battery.
If you do not see any voltage passing through - then something is broken.
Try tracing the path (if possible) and see if you see power without battery socket, and same on the cmos chip. (look for any damages - its possible battery socket could be damaged, or path trace from battery to bios chip is broken somewhere) | it could be faulty cmos chip (check it for shorts ~ one to ground, and leg of the chip) and/or if bios can even connect to the cmos chip if cmos is working.

(but who knows how it will look like on your amazon board - you'll need to look hard or take it to someone who fixes electronics like gpu's)
