My new 4220 build (coming from a Norco 2008 with some drives via e-sata in another rackmount case)

Also have a Norco 2106 coming next week that will house my HTPC and 12 TB for Recorded TV serving.
SOLVED (Only problem so far is 3 drives on two different backplanes are always reading green, accessing the drives). (well and almost lost the LSI while flashing :0)
I've set the LSI to No bios, boot or OS, don't know if this is the correct setting.
MB, cpu and ram are used. Thinking of upgrading to a Tyan server MB and xeon plus new ram. Don't know yet.
Box is a media server (WHS 2011, My Movies , DriveBender and Squeezebox Server), plus backup for other machines.
All rackmounted in a 45U setup with A/V, networking and etc gear.
