RAM: 8 GB DDR3

I have question about power supply and chassis. Standard ATX Supply won't work any ideas how to change that? And what's the best option about chassis?

My recommendation would be to get a different motherboard. Then you don't have to worry about these things.

In my opinion the non-ATX boards are only worth considering when you get them cheap together with a suitable power supply and chassis.
