I am looking for a quide on setting up T-Rex for doing L2 throughput testing on a pretty simple network between 2 different computers.
Basic network topology is below. Everything is running at 100G, and i have not been able to get Iperf to saturate a 100G link.
Computer (Server) <-> Network switch <-> Network Switch <-> Computer (Client)
I would like the server and client computers to be 2 differnet devices, but most of the guides I have seen on T-rex involve the client and server being located on the same device, but routing data through different network interfaces. Is there any way to use T-rex in the manner I am envisioning, or is it just not designed to be able to do that/
