Correct this one has no 10g.

But I needed a system in addition to my always on system so even the d-1540 slight extra power won't stress me at this time. I plenty of memory for these boards.

I got sucked in
But I have 4x32gb ddr4 rdimm ram already so 8-core @ $600 is an easy choice

@Evan my boards will be arriving later this coming week but I'll let you and the thread know which versions they are. I'm guessing 1540 and that's fine given the price.

No worries. It's just got me curious what shipped. I assume d-1540 though as specified.

I tried to figure our what stepping's existed and all I could find was v1 for original chips, v2 and y0 for the latter chips.

I probably should have got 1 extra at that price, the 6-core is ~$625 but I guess lower power.
