Supermicro SC216BE26 2u 24bay 2.5in chassis

I got in on the great deal for my 3u 836E26 from Mr. Rackables (thanks to you all) but I didn't know if there was anyone who has a similar deal for the 24bay 2u equivalent for 2.5inch drives. I'd like to make it a jbod enclosure for the 3u chassis I already have

They come around from time to time. Here's a good one on a JBOD - Supermicro CSE-216 24-Bay 2U Server Chassis SAS216A Backplane PWS-501P-1R Supply it needs an expander and it needs 2.5" sleds which I'd imagine will add another $100 or so.

You'd still need to wire the drives but you could do straight through SFF cables or get an expander to add in there and a Supermicro JBOD board.
