SuperMicro Power On Delay

Guys i need some help if anyone knows.

I need to find the setting for the Power On Delay on my supermicro servers because my other Supermicro Truenas that is hosting the VMFS volumes throw nfs starts after them.

The 4 servers that i have are this model A+ Server 1114S-WTRT and they have this motherboard inside H12SSW-NT. They start pretty fast, before the truenas no matter what i do to make it boot faster ( this is my truenas server SuperServer 2028U-E1CNRT+ )

In the life of me, i cannot find a startup delay setting in the bios like my other HP Servers have.

Anyone knows something?

Could you change them to not turn on automatically, then run a script on the truenas box to start the others via IMPITOOL?
